A downloadable game for Windows and macOS

[Prototype Version – Feedback Welcome]

In this world, some individuals suffer from Peculiar Psychiatric Anomalies.

Alfred is one of them—a man living with a rare condition that compels him to ingest certain forbidden materials in order to survive.

One night, after handling another routine “cleanup” job for the club owner, a mysterious girl appears.

She calls herself Amy, and says she suffers from extreme anemia unless she consumes a very specific red liquid.

Suddenly, Alfred is no longer alone.

Two people, surviving at the expense of others.

In a world already teetering on madness… how long can they keep going?

Notes:

  • This is a prototype version. Some content, visuals, and translations are still in progress.
  • Most dialogue is in Japanese, with partial English UI.
  • Due to an asset shortage, a character named Yuki temporarily plays both the club owner and the police officer. Please be kind—Yuki is trying her best!
  • Feedback is very welcome.

Install instructions


Download & Install Instructions

  1. Download the .zip file from the [Download] button above.

  2. Unzip the file using your preferred archive tool (e.g., Windows Explorer, WinRAR, 7-Zip).

  3. Open the extracted folder.

  4. Double-click on Game.exe to start playing.

Requirements

  • Windows OS (Windows 7 or later recommended)

  • No installation required—just unzip and run.

  • No external programs or libraries are needed.

  • Japanese font support is recommended for text display.

Controls

  • Arrow Keys / WASD — Move

  • Z / Enter / Space — Confirm / Interact

  • X / Esc — Cancel / Menu

  • Alt + Enter — Toggle Fullscreen

Notes

  • This is a prototype version.
    Some assets, translations, and features are still under development.

  • Partial English UI is included, but dialogue is mostly in Japanese for now.

    macOSのプレイヤーへ（日本語）

    本作は macOS にも対応していますが、初回起動時に以下のような警告が出ることがあります： 
  •  よくある警告と対処法 
  •  「“Game”は開けません。開発元が未確認です。」 → Finderで Game.app を 右クリック →「開く」→「開く」 を選ぶと起動できます。
  •  「Please move the Game.app to a different folder.」 → Game.app を デスクトップや「アプリケーション」フォルダなど、別の場所に移動してから起動してください。

For macOS users (English)

This game supports macOS, but the first launch may trigger some security warnings. 

  •  Common Warnings & Solutions 
  •   “Game” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified. → Right-click the Game.app, select “Open”, then click “Open” again in the dialog.
  •   “Please move the Game.app to a different folder.” → Move the Game.app to a different folder, such as Desktop or Applications, then launch it.
